The workshops are intended for schools that will implement the newly-developed curriculum and are specifically designed for teachers who will use the curriculum in their classrooms.  Each workshop will focus on effective use of the curriculum with emphasis on lesson plans, essential questions, lesson activities, higher order/critical thinking strategies, and supplemental resources.  Based on the Missouri Personal Finance Competencies, the content addresses seven instructional units: 

Goals and Decision Making

Careers and Planning

Budgeting

Banking Services

Saving and Investing

Credit

Consumer Skills
