Office representative on A&S Academic Standards Committee
Evaluate and
Respond to grade appeals and petitions made to Dean's Office
Serve as A&S
academic dishonesty investigative official
Enrollment Management Related Duties, including
Help coordinate
enrollment management functions, including marketing, recruitment,
retention with Deans representative(s) to campus enrollment committees
Attend Strategic
Enrollment Management Team meetings
Coordinate
faculty participation in various recruitment and retention activities,
including New Student Welcome Day and Welcome Phonathon

Graduate Officer for the College (consider new graduate course
proposals, develop graduate student policies) and advise the Colleges
Curriculum Committee on graduate courses
Coordinate
graduate student awards and fellowships for the College
Approve and
process graduate student forms, such as Programs of Study, Appointment
of Supervisory Committees, Validation of Coursework, etc.
Process graduate
student travel requests
Handle graduate
student grade appeals, petitions, etc.
Coordinate GTA
fee remissions, stipend enhancements, non-resident fee waivers,
Chancellors non-resident awards and international Chancellors
non-resident awards for The College
Serve on the
Graduate Recruiting Task Force for the College

Supervise the
