The programs offered by the Department of Art and Art History provide students with tools to develop their creative and critical thinking skills, their visual and verbal communication abilities, and their versatility in professional and personal situations.
We serve a variety of students – ranging from the non-major to the professionally oriented – and offer minors, Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees in Art History or Studio Art. Art History also participates in the Interdisciplinary Ph.D. program.
