Mission

Hand Print Press resides on the campus of the University of Missouri-Kansas City in the Department of Art and Art History. The professional printmaking studio is one of the finest facilities of its kind in the Kansas City region. HPP was established in 1992 to provide artists and professional printmakers withe a state-of-the-art studio for printmaking and discussion. The program is frequently augmented with visiting artists and deluxe portfolio editions by members and visiting artists.
