Current Research Interests

Physical and analytical chemistry. Molecular spectroscopy and molecular structure, particularly infrared and Raman spectroscopies, with emphasis on conformational analysis using infrared spectra in liquefied noble gas matrices. Analytical applications of infrared and Raman spectroscopies, along with hyphenated techniques. Applications of computational chemistry to molecular structure and vibrational spectra. Vibrational spectra of model compounds of important biomolecules.
