Call for Papers

 

It is a student-refereed economics journal sponsored by the Economics Club at the University of Missouri – Kansas City.  The Journal welcomes contributions in all areas of political economy, economic methodology, economic history, and history of economic thought.  All economic traditions – including but not limited to Post Keynesian, Institutionalist, Marxist, Feminist, Austrian, and Sraffian – are welcomed in the JournalOeconomicus publishes both theoretical and empirical research, as well as interviews with distinguished economists and policy makers.  We encourage contributors to submit book reviews and welcome comments on publications appearing in our Journal.

 

The journal is published every Winter Semester and is available online. All students are encouraged to submit papers; to submit an article, an interview, a book review, or a comment, send your document in MS word format to the editors (Kurt Christensen, Daniel Conceicao, and Udomdej Leesengheng).
 

Word Count: No more than 5,000 words.

Deadline for submission is March 1, 2006 for the Winter 2006 issue.

Abstracts of proposed contributions for future issues are also encouraged.
