    Arabic, Chinese and Italian may be taken to fulfill the A&S undergraduate foreign language requirement. We offer three consecutive semesters of these languages: the 110 courses are available in the fall, followed by the 120 courses in the spring and the 211 courses again in the fall. Although we do not offer a major or minor in Arabic, Chinese and Italian, given sufficient demand, it is possible that other catalog courses in these languages could be offered in a given semester.
