UMKC Application fee: $50 (Non-refundable, will be applied to
program costs) Due February 24 with application.
UMKC Program fee: $400 ($600 for non-UMKC students)
Mandatory health insurance (contact International Academic Programs for more
info): $70
Airfare (arranged by the student): Approx. $1400
Universidad de Belgrano tuition: $850
UMKC tuition (Spanish 380, 3 credit hours) $853 (estimate: student will enroll
and Cashier's Office will bill actual amount)
Homestay (6 weeks, individual room, breakfast and dinner, internet, (some) laundry. Paid by cash when you arrive at the University): $1200
Excursions: $450
Spending money for lunches, etc.: $600-$1000
Accepted forms of payment:
The Department of Foreign Languages accepts payments by Cashier's Check (can be purchased at any bank) or by personal check.
