Contract - The honors contract is a great way to get honors credit for a class.  Take the first week of class to determine if you want to receive honors credit and to develop an idea for an honors project.  Then approach the teacher with your ideas and this contract.  If the teacher needs more information about the program, please refer the professor to the Honors Director or pick up extra information from the Director.  The contracts should be delivered to the Honors Director within the first month of the semester.

Letter to Instructors

Completion (pdf or MS Word) - The completion form needs to be filled out for any completed contracts and given to the Honors Director before the semester ends so that the Director can submit the course for honors credit.

Evaluation Form for Discussion Sections - This form should be filled out by the students who attended a discussion group. It helps to strengthen the discussion sections and lets the director know what the participants think of the group.

Senior Thesis Contract Form (First Semester) - You and your senior honors thesis advisor (a full-time faculty member at UMKC) need to fill out this form together before you begin work on your thesis

Senior Thesis Contract Form (Second Semester) - At the beginning of the second semester that you are working on your senior thesis, please turn this form into the Honors Program Director.
