Tasks: Graduate Seminars Coordinator
Schedule the times and reserve an ILE room for seminars, Fall and Winter.
Invite, and ask faculty members to invite speakers for seminars
Obtain the title and abstract of the seminars, make posters, and advertise the seminars
Send webmaster information to post on the Graduate Seminar web page
Open each seminar by introducing the speaker and talk; facilitate questions or discussion during or after the talk.
