Tasks: MAA Student Chapter Committee
Advertise the benefits of being a member of our MAA Student Chapter to math majors and others who are interested in mathematics.
Encourage chapter members to organize, have a life, and help them get involved with some mathematics related activities.
Hold occasional informal meetings to work problems, discuss mathematics, plan a mathematical trip, and so on.
Eventually try to register the chapter as a UMKC student "club" to get student funds.
