Adapt scheduling and which specific courses to offer each semester based on the population of students studying to be mathematics teachers.
Over the long term offer more courses in the late afternoon and evening to attract local working teachers
Work on developing "Master of Teaching Mathematics" MA degree, roughly halfway between a traditional Mathematics MA and a School of Education Mathematics Curriculum and Instruction MA Degree.
