Springfield & Kansas City Awards Dinners
Advisors please register your team(s) and paying guests at the same time. Please have the following information available when registering. Teacher Name, School Name, Fall or Spring Game, SMG Team Number, Number of Students & Paying Guests.
Registration Deadlines
The Registration Deadline for Kansas City is Tuesday, April 22, 2008 at 5:00
PM.
The Registration Deadline for Springfield is Friday, April 25, 2008 at 5:00 PM.
Advisors will
receive an email conformation of their registration from Mark Gravenstein two
days prior to their awards dinner.
Due to limited seating, no late registrations will be allowed.

Cost & Payment of Springfield & Kansas City Awards Dinner
This event is
free of charge for all 1st and 2nd place team members (up to five students per
team), their teacher/advisor and one
school administrator. There is a charge of $25.00 a plate for all others. Please pay by
credit or debit card in advance online or call (800) 746-7432 prior to the
dinner if other payment arrangements need to be made. If paying by credit
or debit card, please bring
the printed confirmation with you to
the awards dinner. Teachers should register paying guests with team.

St. Louis Banquet Awards Dinner
Due to AG Edwards & Sons, Inc.'s
Homeland Security Policy,
the names of everyone attending the awards dinner must be turned in by Thursday,
May 1, 2008
at 5:00 P.M.
Please realize that MCEE, SMG and AG Edwards, inc. values your student's safety,
therefore we can not make exception to this rule.
