Missouri SMG Advisors/Teachers, please complete all information below to submit your request ticket to Mark Gravenstein.

This form has been created to assist Missouri SMG Advisors/Teachers with problems/issues they may encounter during the Missouri SMG. To maintain the integrity of the SMG, Mark can not answer student questions, SMG students should contact their Advisor/Teacher for assistance.  Questions will be handled on a first come/first serve basis. Replies will be sent by email to SMG Advisor/Teacher unless otherwise requested.
