Dana Tulodziecki (Ph.D., Columbia University, 2007) Professor Tulodziecki joined the Philosophy Department at UMKC in Fall 2007.
She completed her dissertation in May 2007 at Columbia University, where she worked with Philip Kitcher, David Albert, and Achille Varzi.

Her main research interests lie in the philosophy of science, where she is interested particularly in issues that cross over into epistemology and metaphysics.

While at Columbia, she taught Contemporary Civilization in Columbiašs Core Curriculum for three years. At UMKC, she enjoys teaching Logic, Epistemology, Metaphysics, and Philosophy of Science.

In her spare time, she enjoys puzzles and games of all sorts, and likes to read (especially science fiction, crime fiction, and 19th Century British Literature).
