General A&S Scholarships  

The College of Arts & Sciences general scholarships are designed for any current or prospective UMKC student(s) who are majoring in any of the 18 different departments in the College.

Leodis & June Davis Minority Scholarship    ~ Undergraduate, minority student(s) who demonstrate financial need. Preference given  
to Chemistry and Physics majors ~

High School/College Program
~ Established for incoming freshman who are former HSCP participates that are seeking a degree in the College of Arts & Sciences

Muddy's Coffee House Reentry Scholarship ~ Undergraduate student who is 25-50, and
is returning to college after a minimum of a
5 year hiatus ~
Frank Neal Willis, Jr. Minority Scholarship
~ Undergraduate, minority student(s), who has a 3.0 GPA and demonstrates financial need ~
   
Randall L. Miller Scholarship
~ U
ndergraduate student(s), who demonstrate financial need and are majoring in Economics, History, Philosophy, and/or Political Science ~
Norman N. Royall, Jr. Fund
~ $500 book award for students majoring in Chemistry, Physics or Geosciences ~

   
Donna Edell Scholarship
~ Student(s) must demonstrate academic    merit and are majoring in Chemistry, Physics
or Geosciences ~
Don & Lucille Armacost Scholarship  
~ Undergraduate student(s), who are seeking a degree in the College of Arts & Sciences and demonstrate financial need ~

   
Thomas D. Barr Liberal Arts Scholarship
~ For undergraduate student(s) who are    seeking a degree in the College of Arts & Sciences ~
Family Fund Scholarship
 ~ Created to help support Family members of the College of Arts & Sciences Faculty and Staff, who are currently attending classes at UMKC ~
   
Leo Long/Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Scholarship
~ Minority student(s) seeking an undergraduate degree in the College of Arts & Sciences, who are Missouri residents and demonstrate financial need ~
