RSVP to School Lunch Politics: From Truman to Reagan

The Truman Center is pleased to bring Susan Levine, author of School Lunch Politics: The Surprising History of America’s Favorite Welfare Program (Princeton University Press 2008), to present the next program in the UMKC Truman Center’s Legacy Series. March 19, 2012 at the Truman Forum of the Plaza Branch Library, 4801 Main Street at 6:30 p.m. Her topic will be "School Lunch Politics: From Truman to Reagan." Dr. Levine is Professor of History and Director, Institute for the Humanities at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Her book will be available for purchase and time will be allowed for a book signing.
