Writing Groups

If you are a writer and are interested in meeting with other writers, call or e-mail the Writing Center and ask to be added to the "writing group" formation list. The Writing Center will put you in contact with three to five other writers who share a similar commitment to the craft of writing as yourself.  Writing groups will meet at the Writing Center and have full access its facilities, including its kitchen, reference library, and computer lab. Whether you are working on academic or creative writing, writing groups are a great way to develop your own writing while helping others do the same. Graduate students are especially encouraged to participate in a writing group during the thesis and dissertation process. Don't miss out, call or e-mail today.
