UMKC was founded in 1933 as a private college then known as the University of Kansas City. Today, UMKC serves over 16,000 students across two campuses and has a living alumni base of more than 120,000 graduates.
UMKC Alumni Association
The mission of the UMKC Alumni Association is to provide a lifetime link to UMKC for alumni and friends to support the mission and goals of the University and to help it achieve its potential.
College of Arts and Sciences Alumni Board
The College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) Alumni Board is vital to the College’s mission and development of a strong alumni base. Members attend regular board meetings, give time and resources to support students and campus events, and serve as good stewards of the College around Kansas City.
