Advising

Our advisors meet with you to create a personal plan of study so you can successfully complete your master's degree on a schedule that allows you to balance life, school and work.

Many of our students hold at least a part-time job while completing their master's degree part-time. We will make sure that you can balance school and work so that you can pursue your passion.

Advising

You may make an appointment with your advisor on Pathway, or you can find your advisor in the faculty directory. In order to enroll, you must meet with your advisor to create a full plan of study.

Schedule the meeting by the time you want to enroll in Spring classes.  Students who have not been advised prior to the opening of Spring courses for enrollment run the risk of having an advisement hold on their account.

Mentoring

As you proceed through the program, identify faculty areas of practice in which you are interested. By establishing a mentoring network you will go a long way to helping yourself discover the best practicum fit for your interests and ultimately the best job fit when you become a professional.
