Erin Saxon is an M.F.A. student focusing on fiction. She completed her undergraduate degree at UMKC in 2015 and began teaching Discourse in 2016, when she started work on her graduate degree in creative writing. Now she teaches creative writing at Literacy KC and is currently working on a science fiction screenplay.
Saxon has recently written several articles for the Kansas City Star and had a short story published in the Mulberry Fork Review. She was also a finalist in the KCWIFT/Kansas City Film Fest Short Screenplay Contest in 2017.
